Want to wake up wonderfully rested and relaxed? This Grundig LED light alarm clock helps you with that. Unlike a traditional alarm clock, you wake up slowly from your sleep with this wake up light. This makes you stand up better. This light alarm clock wakes you up with a sunrise simulation where the light intensity gradually increases from 1 to 100%. The light gets brighter and brighter, just like the sun is rising in your bedroom. The light comes on 30 minutes before the set alarm time. It calmly prepares your sleeping body to wake up by slowly increasing your level of cortisol. In the evening you can set the alarm clock to do the opposite, so that you can easily fall asleep again in a natural way with a sunset.

If you want, you can also choose to wake up with sound in addition to the light simulation. The sound starts at the end of the cycle, when the light intensity is at its maximum. You can choose from 6 natural sounds, such as birdsong or the sound of the sea. Or choose your favorite FM radio channel. The wake up light automatically stores FM stations and has 15 sound levels. If you want to doze off for a while, simply press the snooze button.
