Forgetting is human ... Fortunately, you can always request a new password. Just enter your email address, click and we'll email you a link to set a new password.
New name or address? You can easily change your personal details in your account.
We always send your invoice by e-mail to you during the ordering process. If you want another copy of your invoice, please contact us, we will email it to you again.
We do everything in our power to deliver on the promised delivery time. If that is not possible, we will inform you accordingly. Keep an eye on your Track & Trace for the most up-to-date information.
Not (all) received?
We cannot always ship all items at the same time. In your account you can see if we have sent everything at the same time. If we have not sent everything right away, it is best to contact customer service, such as our social team via Facebook. Then we immediately start looking!
Nothing is as important as the delivery time. That is why you see before you order when we deliver the item. Items that are directly in stock are usually delivered the next day. Items that are not in stock are on the road a little longer.
Do you have a delivery address outside the Netherlands or Belgium?
Then your article will be on the road for longer. This table is a good guideline:

Step 1: select a product
First of all you need to select a product. Horizontally under the Discountershop.nl logo you will find the different categories. When you select one of these categories, you will see all products within this category.
You can use the filters on the left side of the website. These filters help you make the right choice. When you have found the product that meets your needs, press the Green “Add to Cart” button. The product is now automatically added to your shopping cart. You can now continue shopping or go to your shopping cart to complete the order.
Step 2: Complete order
In the shopping cart you will find a green "complete order" button on the right. When you click on this, you can enter your email address and register. Have you ordered from Discountershop.nl before? Then you can log in with your email address and password.
Step 3: Personal data
On this page you can enter your personal data. After completing all (mandatory) fields, select the desired payment method. You complete the order by clicking on the green “Buy” button. Depending on the payment method you choose, you can complete the order in the secure payment environment of your bank or credit card company.
You will receive a confirmation of your order within a few minutes at the email address you provided.

Is your order in your account? Then it worked.
If you ordered more than 45 minutes ago and you have not received a confirmation and there is nothing in your account, please contact customer service. And don't worry: if money has been debited, we will automatically refund you.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel and then order the correct one. To cancel your order you must contact us quickly. If your order has been shipped, you can return or refuse at the door.
There may be several reasons why your order has failed. How quickly the money is in your account depends on the reason for your failed order and your payment method:

Return deals are products that have been returned by other customers. We offer these products after strict quality control by our surgeons. The products are therefore practically new and not refurbished or repaired. Sometimes it can happen that the product is no longer in the original packaging.

At Discountershop.nl all orders within the Netherlands are sent for free. If you order before 5 pm on a working day, your order will be sent the same day.

Are you not at home at the time of delivery? Then PostNL will deliver the package to your neighbors. If delivery to the neighbors fails, the package will be offered to you again the next day.
1. When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to cancel the agreement within 30 days without giving any reason. This period starts on the day following receipt of the product by the consumer or a previously designated by the consumer and the entrepreneur announced representative.

Returns are free within The Netherlands. We charge € 10.99 For returns from Belgium and € 12.95 from the rest of Europe. We would like to receive a signal so that we can ensure a quick refund. That is why every return shipment starts in your account: Log in, go to your order and report your item for return. You will receive an e-mail with all the information regarding your return. For large and heavy items we come and collect them from you.

You can also return via the model form for returns.
You will automatically receive the correct return address for your item during your return notification. We have multiple addresses and this way you will always automatically get the right address. You never have to search that way.
Grab your best pen and write the return address with the return number on your return package. It should be readable with the naked eye.
Of course, you can always change your mind. Have you made a collection appointment? Let our customer service know something. Then we ensure that the courier does not come by.
In all other cases you don't have to do anything. Except paying for your order if you had not already done so ...

You will receive from us within 14 days of receipt of your complaint a substantive response.
